The new route will launch next month
The new X50 service will pick up its first passengers next month, and will run every 60 minutes from Monday to Saturday.
Keith Myatt, Communications Manager for Wardle Transport, said that the route had been introduced after public feedback had highlighted the need for a route linking 'towns and villages along the A50 corridor'.
He explains: "The X50 route opens up new links that are ideal for commuters, students, shoppers and hospital visitors."
The route will take in Hanley, Stoke, Fenton, Meir, Meir Heath, Meir Park, Blythe Bridge, Uttoxeter, Sudbury, Scropton, Hatton, Hilton, Etwall, Mickleover and Royal Derby Hospital.
