  Uttoxeter Rugby Club could be in hot water with the game's governing body after their home game against Stourbridge Lions was abandoned. The RFU will launch an investigation after the game was stopped just after half time, when the players started fighting. Uttoxeter were leading 13-10 at the time. • 'Sport in the Hood' to run during half term

  The council's 'Sport in the Hood' programme will run in Uttoxeter during next week's October half term. Sessions will run at Uttoxeter Community Centre between 11am and 3pm next Tuesday and Wednesday (October 25 and 26).
